As an experienced food photographer working in Los Angeles and throughout the United States, I have had the great privilege to work with many creative teams focused on launching new products. The launch of any new food product by a manufacturer involves the efforts of many people. But at the end of the day, it's the photos of the products themselves that help create interest and a desire to purchase. This is one reason I love working with food manufacturers to design appetizing setups and styling to stimulate product interest. One way to do this is to show a product positioned alongside other ingredients, thus providing an instant visual explanation of how a product might be used at home.
